We are excited to use this new smart lockbox. It feels well made and looks sleek. I think it looks a little more discrete than our current SuperLit lockboxes because the outside plastic cover does not have contours on it. Instead, the plastic cover is a smooth surface. This will improve our security, making it easier to update codes. I like the passive security feature that is the box locking automatically when the door is pressed closed. Our standard mechanical boxes require the knob to be turned to lock the box, and occasionally, guests forget this step, leaving our keys accessible to anyone who might try to open the lockbox.
